David Grubb, FPINZ, FNZIV Registered Valuer

David specialises in residential and lifestyle block valuations. He is responsible for New Zealand however he specialises in the greater Auckland area.  He has over 20 years experience in valuation. David has recently completed an extended term as the Property Institute Auckland Branch Membership Convener.  He has been a guest lecturer at Auckland University. David has also been the sole expert contributor to the inaugural New Zealand wide Property Institute online learning for Valuers.  In 2009, David was awarded a Fellowship of both the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand.

Matt Snelgrove, SPINZ, ANZIV Registered Valuer

Matt is the Director of CB Richard Ellis Valuation & Advisory Services in Hamilton. He has been a Registered Valuer since 1998, and graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Valuation & Property Management) in 1995. He has subsequently been employed in property related jobs, primarily as an urban valuer, with exception of a three year period where he was the Property Manager for Solid Energy New Zealand, responsible for the management of the Company’s property portfolio, and managing strategic acquisitions and access agreements. He has experience as an expert witness in Arbitration and the Family Court of New Zealand.

Gareth Munro, BProp, Valuer

Gareth is a Valuer for CB Richard Ellis Valuation & Advisory Services in Hamilton. He joined CB Richard Ellis part time in March 2008 whilst completing his Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland, and since graduated in May 2009. Gareth commenced full time in the Hamilton office in November 2008, and his experience includes general urban valuation encompassing residential and commercial property throughout the Waikato.
