Our Fees

Valuers do not charge based on a set scale of fees however fees for valuations generally reflect the location, size and value of a property. This is because a regular shaped smaller home within an established area will take less time to value than a large multi level complex home in a less established location.

Fees take into account the amount of necessary research into sales evidence, and time to inspect and physically measure the dwelling and buildings. The fee also reflects what the use of the report is.

Our fees start at $400 plus title cost plus GST for a fully compliant current market valuation report, acceptable to all banks and lenders. Fees range up to and in excess of $1,000 for prestige multi million dollar residential properties. A fee may also be charged for “no show” at pre arranged appointments.
