In late 2007 CBRE made the decision to establish a stand alone residential valuation business. This move stemmed from a heightening understanding by CBRE that the market required valuation advice in the residential sector of a type and quality not readily evident at present.
Over the last 6 years CBRE has established a highly successful residential valuation business in Australia, which now employs over 150 valuers who undertook approximately 150,000 instructions through 2010.
